QA WILL YOU MC MY WEDDING? Yes! As a Master of Ceremonies, we keep you and your guests informed, engaged and entertained. DO YOU HAVE ANY TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION? Yes we do! You are not born with the skill needed to MC a wedding or any event. I have learned from the best wedding MCs in the country. Working with these individuals over the years has given me skills and talent needed to be a professional Master of Ceremonies. WHAT IS YOUR ATTIRE? We dress for the occasion either a nice suit or a tuxedo. DO YOU BACK UP YOUR EQUIPMENT? Absolutely! Even our backups have backups. DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE? Yes! We are a business that maintains professional and reputable standards. We are fully insured. Most venues will require your DJ to show proof that they are insured. Make sure your DJ insured is before hiring them. IS YOUR MUSIC LIBRARY KEPT UP TO DATE? Absolutely! We get our music same time as radio stations. Our library is always up date with all genres. Our music dates back to the 1940’s all the way to today’s top hits! DO YOU BELONG TO A PROFESSIONAL DJ ASSOCIATION? Yes, we belong to the American Disc Jockey Association (ADJA.org). We also belong to our local Chamber of Commerce and volunteer to help kids through The Optimist Club International. Make sure the DJ you hire is a member of the American Disc Jockey Association (this can be verified on-line at ADJA.org) WILL WE MEET WITH YOU BEFORE OUR EVENT? Yes, we encourage meeting in person to go over your ideas and vision for your event. For weddings we will usually meet about 3 times prior to your wedding day. DO YOU SUPPLY A CONTRACT? We will put a contract together outlining the services needed to make your event spectacular. This protects you! OK, WHAT HIDDEN FEES OR EXTRA COSTS WILL I ENDURE? All of our charges include everything you need as we discussed. There are no additional charges! DO YOU HAVE ONLINE PLANNING SERVICES? Yes, once a contract is signed you will get login information to help plan and organize your event and request songs. DO YOU COMMUNICATE WITH MY OTHER VENDORS? We work closely with your other vendors to make sure everything goes accordingly. We are not just concerned about what we do, we want to make sure your entire event runs smoothly. DO YOU PROVIDE ANY OTHER SERVICES BESIDES DJ AND MASTER OF CEREMONIES? We provide other enhancements to complement your event such as: an Elegant Photo Booth, Exquisite Lighting Designs, Dazzling Monograms, Certified Event/Wedding Planning and more! You can read more WHAT TYPE OF MICROPHONES DO YOU USE? We use wireless microphones. So if there are toasts or speeches it’s easy to move around making any event trip free. For wedding ceremonies we will provide two wireless lapel microphones, one for the officiant and one for the groom.
